These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ColorWake Studios website at colorwakestudios.com and the printable coloring pages, animated character videos, subscriptions and gift subscriptions we offer (together, the "Services"). ColorWake Studios ("we", "us") is based in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. By purchasing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. What we provide

ColorWake Studios provides digital, print-at-home coloring pages. Each page includes a QR code that opens an animated character video with fun facts. Pages are delivered by email and, for active subscribers, are also available in your online Coloring Library. No physical products are shipped.

2. Accounts

To access your Coloring Library you sign in with the email address used for your purchase. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure and for activity under your account. Please give us an accurate email address — we deliver your pages there.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or annually depending on your plan, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
• A new page is delivered most Sundays. On certain holiday Sundays a special holiday page replaces the regular page, and the regular sequence continues the following week.
• You can cancel your renewal at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds, cancellations and price changes are covered by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Gift subscriptions

A gift subscription is a one-time purchase that provides 52 weekly pages by email to the recipient you name, starting on the date you choose. It does not renew automatically. Please make sure the recipient's email address is correct; we are not responsible for gifts sent to an incorrect address you provide. Gift recipients receive their pages by email and do not have Coloring Library access unless they purchase their own subscription.

5. Licence to use our pages

Family plans and gifts: you may print and use our pages for personal, non-commercial use within your own household. You may not share, forward, post, resell or distribute the pages, PDFs, QR codes or videos.

Daycare & School plans: you may print unlimited copies for the children in the one classroom, group or location covered by your plan, for educational, non-commercial use. A separate plan is required for each additional classroom or location. You may not redistribute the files outside your group or sell copies.

All pages, illustrations, characters, animations, videos, text and other content are owned by ColorWake Studios or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the limited licence above, no rights are granted to you.

6. Free coloring page

Our free sample page is provided for personal, non-commercial use under the same Family licence terms above.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access content you have not purchased, sharing account access, scraping or bulk-downloading content, or interfering with the website's operation.

8. Children

Our pages are designed for children aged 2–6 to enjoy with an adult. Purchases and accounts must be made by an adult. Adults should supervise children's use of devices when scanning QR codes and watching videos.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to deliver every week but may occasionally experience delays, for example due to email provider issues. Themes, characters and the number of pages per theme may change over time. We may update the Services and these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those required by law, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
