Cancellation policy

ColorWake Studios subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or annually depending on your plan, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.

What each billing period includes

Your first page arrives right away, then a new printable coloring page most Sundays, by email and in your Coloring Library. On certain holiday Sundays a special holiday page replaces the regular page, and your regular sequence continues the following week. Pages are released week by week across the period you’ve paid for; they are not all delivered at the start.

Cancelling your renewal

You can cancel your renewal at any time from your account, with no lock-in. Cancelling stops future billing only; it does not end your access early. You’ll keep receiving new pages, and keep full access to your Coloring Library, until the day before your next renewal date. After that, any pages you’ve downloaded remain yours to use at home under our Terms of Service.

Renewal reminders

Before each annual renewal, we’ll email you a reminder in advance of being charged again.

Refunds

We don’t offer refunds or credits for the unused part of a billing period. For example, cancelling partway through an annual plan doesn’t entitle you to a refund for the remaining months.

Exceptions:

  • Monthly renewals: if your monthly plan renewed and you meant to cancel, email us before the first page of the new month is sent and we’ll refund that renewal in full and cancel your subscription.
  • Billing errors: if you were charged in error, we’ll refund the incorrect charge.
  • Delivery problems: if we fail to deliver your subscription as described, contact us and we’ll make it right, including a refund where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Gift subscriptions

Gift subscriptions are a one-time purchase. They don’t renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.

Price changes

If we change subscription pricing, we’ll email existing subscribers before the new price applies to their next renewal. Your current price is honored until then.
